Hello ! :-), and welcome to the world of Harlan Webber !

This page is dedicated to Serge Baudot-Behringer:  Frenchman, ex-State Street employee, and "Internet Propeller-Head."  With his help, we entered the Internet Age during mid-1998.

I am most grateful for his help along the way and wish him the best of luck at PricewaterhouseCoopers working some of his magic for the rest of Corporate Europe.  Although, I love 'Times New Roman' fonts, he doesn't care.  What a guy !

He originally set-up this web page as a joke but his departure has given me inspiration to do some of my own Web Publishing thereby carrying the torch...  He said as a boss "I was a real Buddy," hence the little graphic above.  Well, he's been a "Buddy" too.  Please feel free to enter my world.
