After graduating in 1991, Alex spent a year teaching English in France. On his return to England, he took up a position within Global Securities Services at Citibank. He joined State Street London in 1995 as a Liaison Representative within the Investment Management Support Area, and gained exposure to IM’s at various levels from Japanese Managers such as Tokio Marine, right the way through to State Street’s largest and complex Manager, JP Morgan Investment Management.

Armed with his experience of Investment Management Support operations, Alex joined Harlan Webber’s Reporting & Best Process Group in May ’98 to pursue his interests in Information Technology. His current duties include the production of IMS Monthly Management Reporting, IM Performance measurement statistics, and Process Re-engineering Initiatives. Alex’s overall objective is to increase the quality of service that IMS provides by leveraging and implementing Technology change.

In his spare time, Alex is project managing the restoration of his Georgian Terrace in Greenwich. He is commonly regarded as a DIY expert by his friends.
