Major Accomplishment 1
2001 - Successful Project Management ("Tech-Side") of MIG21 ($1M, 3rd party Compliance Monitoring Software). This involved MIG21 review and testing, integration into a 3-tier platform (Oracle, UNIX, NT Client/Server), GFBE MCH data mapping, and compliance to Corp. Info. Security Standards.
Major Accomplishment 2
2001 - Enhancement of ETS Project Status Reporting capability, in order to define & prioritise projects, improve development cycle communication, manage internal & external client expections, and report to senior management.
Major Accomplishment 3
2000-2001 Re-design of UK Intranet including the addition of linkages to bespoke on-line databases (UK KnowledgeBase - Lotus Notes) & interactive technologies (Active Server Pages to MS Access Databases, soon Oracle) in order to facilitate quick & effective web-based solutions.
Major Accomplishment 4
1999-2000 Pension Fund Pooled Vehicle (PFPV) Business Solution project. Brought into project at the 11th hour; Acquired Pension Fund Pooled Vehicles (PFPV) expertise; Created a PFPV solution for income accounting & unitholder registry; Satisfied both internal reporting needs and external regulatory requirements under tight deadlines (2-3 months) and severe client (SSgA) scrutiny.
